Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Kroger seasoned hash brown shredded potato mix

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • Cooking spray

Directions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the bag of Kroger seasoned hash brown mix and 1/2 cup of water. Mix well until all the potatoes are coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop out the potato mixture and form into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Place the patties in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
  • Cook for 7 minutes, then flip the patties and cook for an additional 7-8 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Repeat with remaining potato mixture, if needed.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure to preheat your air fryer before cooking the patties.
  • For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
  • You can use any brand of seasoned hash brown mix, but Kroger’s is recommended for this recipe.
