A quick and easy recipe for delicious chicken potstickers and vegetables cooked in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of frozen Members Mark chicken potstickers

  • Assorted vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, etc.)

  • Oil

  • Seasonings of your choice (garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, etc.)

  • Optional: Soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar for dipping sauce

Directions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place the frozen Members Mark chicken potstickers in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potstickers are golden brown and crispy.
  • While the potstickers are cooking, prepare your vegetables. You can use any combination of vegetables you like, such as bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms.
  • Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and toss them with a little bit of oil and your desired seasonings.
  • Once the potstickers are done cooking, remove them from the air fryer and set them aside.
