A delicious and easy way to make a flavorful chicken burrito using an air fryer and Members Mark Mild Hatch Chile Chicken.


  • 1 package Members Mark Mild Hatch Chile Chicken

  • 4 large tortillas

  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • 1 cup black beans

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup diced red onion

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup salsa


  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • Remove the chicken from the package and place it in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the chicken for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • While the chicken is cooking, prepare the other ingredients for the burrito.
  • Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  • Place a tortilla on a flat surface and add a spoonful of rice, black beans, and shredded cheese in the center.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes. Then, shred the chicken using two forks.
  • Add the shredded chicken to the tortilla and top with avocado, cilantro, tomatoes, and red onion.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla in and then roll it up tightly.
  • Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
  • Place the burritos in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the tortilla is crispy.
  • Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side for dipping.
