These air fried Old El Paso stuffed nachos are a quick and easy snack or appetizer that are filled with savory beef and gooey cheese. They are perfect for game day or any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 6 Old El Paso stuffed nachos

  • Aluminum foil

  • Toppings of your choice (salsa, sour cream, guacamole, etc.)

Directions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • Lay out a sheet of aluminum foil on a flat surface.
  • Place 6 Old El Paso stuffed nachos on the aluminum foil, leaving space between each one.
  • Place the aluminum foil with the stuffed nachos into the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
  • Carefully remove the aluminum foil from the air fryer and let the nachos cool for a few minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings, such as salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.

Notes

  • Make sure to leave space between each stuffed nacho on the aluminum foil to ensure even cooking.
