French fries have been a popular snack and side dish in America since the 19th century. Ore-ida, a brand of frozen potatoes, introduced their golden waffle french fries in the 1980s and they have been a hit ever since. With the rise of air fryers, these frozen fries can now be cooked to crispy perfection in just a few minutes.
