Calamari, also known as squid, has been a popular seafood dish in many cultures for centuries. In Asian cuisine, it is often served as a crispy appetizer or snack. Panko breadcrumbs, a Japanese style of breadcrumbs, add an extra crunch to the dish. The addition of sriracha aioli, a spicy mayonnaise-based sauce, gives the dish a modern twist and adds a kick of flavor.
