Crispy and delicious vegetable & pork dumplings cooked to perfection in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Wei-chuan vegetable & pork dumplings

  • Dipping sauce of your choice

Directions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • Place the Wei-chuan vegetable & pork dumplings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping the dumplings halfway through.
  • Check the internal temperature of the dumplings with a meat thermometer. They should reach 165°F.
  • If not fully cooked, continue to cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Once fully cooked, remove the dumplings from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure to not overcrowd the air fryer basket, as this can affect the cooking time and result in unevenly cooked dumplings.
  • You can use any dipping sauce of your choice, such as soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, or even a spicy peanut sauce.
  • For a vegetarian option, you can use Wei-chuan vegetable dumplings without the pork.
  • Leftover dumplings can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
