Ingredients
1 bunch of asparagus
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Pinch of salt and pepper
2 eggs
Directions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Wash and trim the ends of one bunch of asparagus.
- Cut the asparagus into 3-inch long pieces.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of onion powder, 1/2 tsp of paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
