Ingredients
4 medium sized potatoes
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Wash and dry 4 medium sized potatoes.
- Cut thin slices into the potatoes, making sure not to cut all the way through.
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Using a brush, generously brush the butter mixture onto the potatoes, making sure to get in between the slices.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, open the air fryer and brush the remaining butter mixture onto the potatoes.
- Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and fully cooked.
