Ingredients
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of ricotta cheese, 1 beaten egg, 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 1 minced garlic clove, 1/4 tsp of dried oregano, and 1/4 tsp of salt.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Take a small baking dish and grease it with cooking spray.
- Pour the ricotta mixture into the baking dish and smooth out the top.
- Place the baking dish into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, until the ricotta is set and the edges are lightly golden.
