Crispy and Quick, Guilt-free Air Fried Beef Kebabs

Kebabs have been a popular dish in Middle Eastern cuisine for centuries, with evidence of skewered meats being cooked over open fires dating back to ancient times. The term ‘kebab’ comes from the Persian word ‘kabāb’, meaning ‘roasted meat’. Over time, different regions and cultures have put their own spin on kebabs, with variations using different meats, vegetables, and seasonings. In recent years, the air fryer has become a popular cooking tool for making healthier versions of traditionally fried dishes, including kebabs.
