These crispy air fryer buffalo tator tots are a delicious twist on a classic snack. The tots are coated in a spicy buffalo sauce and cooked to perfection in an air fryer. Serve them with a creamy buffalo ranch sauce for the ultimate flavor combination.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen tator tots

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce

  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Directions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, toss together 1 bag of frozen tator tots with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce.
  • Place the tator tots in the air fryer basket, making sure they are in a single layer.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the tots are crispy and golden brown.
  • While the tots are cooking, mix together 1/4 cup of ranch dressing and 1 tablespoon of buffalo sauce in a small bowl.
  • Once the tots are done, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.
  • Serve the tots with the buffalo ranch sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • Make sure to shake the air fryer basket halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
  • You can adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your desired level of spiciness.
  • For a healthier option, you can use sweet potato tator tots instead of regular potato.
