This cheesy and flavorful frittata is a perfect breakfast or brunch option. It’s cooked to perfection in the air fryer, making it a quick and easy meal.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped onions

  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers

  • 1/4 cup diced ham

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat together 6 eggs and 1/4 cup of milk.
  • Add 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, 1/4 cup of chopped onions, 1/4 cup of diced bell peppers, and 1/4 cup of diced ham to the egg mixture.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Grease a round baking dish that will fit in your air fryer with cooking spray.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the baking dish.
  • Place the baking dish in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, sprinkle an additional 1/4 cup of shredded cheese on top of the frittata.
  • Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the frittata is cooked through.
  • Remove the frittata from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • You can use any type of cheese, vegetables, and protein in this frittata.
  • Make sure to use a baking dish that will fit in your air fryer.
  • You can also add a splash of hot sauce or salsa for some extra flavor.
