A quick and easy breakfast dish made in the air fryer. Flaky pie crust filled with a cheesy and savory egg mixture, perfect for a busy morning or a lazy weekend brunch.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

  • 1 sheet refrigerated pie crust

Directions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together 6 eggs, 1/4 cup of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Add in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup of chopped green onions to the egg mixture.
  • Roll out a sheet of refrigerated pie crust and place it in a greased air fryer safe pan.
  • Pour the egg and cheese mixture into the pie crust.
