Ingredients
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup of butter, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add 1 cup of flour. Stir until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe the dough into the air fryer in 4-inch strips.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- While the churros are cooking, prepare the cinnamon sugar coating by mixing 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon in a shallow dish.
- Once the churros are done, immediately roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious air fried churros!
