Crispy and Quick, Guilt-free Air Fried Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon rolls have been a beloved breakfast and dessert option for many years. The first known cinnamon roll recipe was published in Sweden in the 1920s, but it wasn’t until the 1950s that they became popular in the United States. Traditionally, cinnamon rolls are made in the oven, but with the rise of air fryers, they can now be made in a quicker and more convenient way.
