Fish tacos have been a popular dish in Mexico for centuries, with the first known recipe dating back to the 18th century. Originally, fish tacos were made with fried fish, but with the rise of healthier cooking methods, air frying has become a popular alternative. This allows for a crispy and flavorful taco without the added oil and calories. Today, fish tacos are enjoyed all around the world and can be customized with various toppings and seasonings.
