Ingredients
1 lb flank steak
Salt

Desired seasonings
Directions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Season both sides of the flank steak with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings.
- Place the steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature of the steak with a meat thermometer. For medium-rare, it should read 135 degrees Fahrenheit.
- If the steak is not yet at the desired temperature, continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Once done, remove the steak from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- – Make sure to check the internal temperature of the steak to ensure it is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- – For a more well-done steak, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- – Letting the steak rest before slicing allows the juices to redistribute and results in a more tender and juicy steak.
