Ingredients
4 large potatoes
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions
- Peel and grate the potatoes.
- Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess moisture.
- In a large bowl, mix together the grated potatoes, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 6 equal-sized patties.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the hash brown patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 6 minutes, then flip the patties over and cook for an additional 6 minutes.
- Remove the patties from the air fryer and serve hot.
Notes
