Ingredients
1 loaf Italian bread
1/2 cup giardiniera
1 pound hot Italian beef, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter
Au jus for dipping
Directions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Slice a loaf of Italian bread in half lengthwise and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Spread a layer of giardiniera (pickled vegetables) on the bottom half of the bread.
