Crispy and Quick, Guilt-free Air Fried Ice Cream

Fried ice cream has been a popular dessert in the United States since the 1960s. It is believed to have originated in Mexico, where it is known as ‘helado frito’. Traditionally, the ice cream is coated in cornflakes or breadcrumbs and then deep fried. However, with the rise of air fryers, people have begun experimenting with air frying ice cream as a healthier alternative to deep frying.
