Crispy and Quick, Guilt-free Air Fried Italian Flatbread

Flatbread has been a staple in Italian cuisine for centuries. It was traditionally made with simple ingredients like flour, water, and salt, and cooked in a wood-fired oven. As Italian immigrants brought their culinary traditions to other parts of the world, flatbread evolved into what we now know as pizza. With the rise of air fryers, flatbread has once again become a popular dish, offering a healthier and quicker alternative to traditional pizza.
