A delicious and easy way to enjoy the flavors of pizza and meatballs in one bite-sized snack. These air fried Meatball Pizza Rolls are crispy on the outside, filled with melted cheese and savory meatballs on the inside.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough

  • 1 cup marinara sauce

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup cooked meatballs, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
  • Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped meatballs over the sauce.
  • Roll the pizza dough into a log, starting from the long side.
  • Cut the log into 1-inch slices.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
  • Brush the mixture onto the pizza rolls.
  • Place the pizza rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, or until the pizza rolls are golden brown and crispy.
