These mini meat loaves are a quick and easy dinner option that can be made in an air fryer. They are juicy and flavorful, and perfect for a busy weeknight meal.


  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  • Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together 1 pound of ground beef, 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup of milk, 1 beaten egg, 1/4 cup of chopped onion, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into mini loaves.
  • Place the mini loaves in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  • Cook the mini loaves for 15-18 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
  • Serve the mini meat loaves with your choice of sides and enjoy!
