A classic Minnesota comfort food made healthier by air frying instead of using a traditional oven. This dish is a hearty and delicious meal that is perfect for cold winter nights.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 green pepper, diced

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

  • 1 cup cooked macaroni

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • In a large skillet, cook 1 pound of ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  • Drain the excess fat from the skillet and add in 1 diced onion and 1 diced green pepper. Cook until softened.
  • Add in 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables, and 1 cup of cooked macaroni to the skillet. Mix everything together.
  • Transfer the mixture to an air fryer safe dish and top with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes
