This recipe for air fried pistachio-crusted salmon is a delicious and healthy way to enjoy this popular fish.   • 4 salmon fillets

  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios

  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a food processor, pulse the pistachios, bread crumbs, garlic powder, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper until finely ground.
