Ingredients

  • 1 tube of polenta

  • 1/2 cup cornmeal

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cut a tube of polenta into thin fry-shaped pieces.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of cornmeal, 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and 1 tsp of Italian seasoning.
  • Dip each polenta fry into the cornmeal mixture, making sure to coat all sides.
  • Place the coated fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Make sure to preheat your air fryer to ensure even and crispy cooking.
  • You can use any seasonings you like for the coating mixture.
  • These fries are best served immediately, as they can lose their crispiness if left to sit for too long.
