Crispy and Quick, Guilt-free Air Fried Pork Picadillo

Picadillo is a traditional Mexican dish that originated from the state of Sonora. It is a mixture of ground meat, vegetables, and spices, often served with rice or used as a filling for tacos or empanadas. The dish was introduced to Mexico by Spanish colonizers and has evolved over time to include different regional variations. The name ‘picadillo’ comes from the Spanish word ‘picar’, which means ‘to chop’, as the dish usually involves chopping up the ingredients into small pieces.
