Crispy and Quick, Guilt-free Air Fried Potato Patties

Potato patties, also known as potato cakes, are a popular dish in many cultures around the world. They are made with grated potatoes, mixed with various ingredients, and then fried until crispy. In the United States, they are often served as a side dish or snack. This recipe puts a healthier spin on the traditional potato patties by cooking them in an air fryer instead of deep frying them.
