Crispy and Quick, Guilt-free Air Fried Potato Wedges

These potato wedges are a healthier alternative to traditional fried potatoes. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making them the perfect side dish or snack.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and dry 4 medium-sized potatoes. Cut them into wedges.
  • In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  • Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss them in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
  • Place the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through the cooking time.
  • Once the wedges are crispy and golden brown, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Make sure to cut the potatoes into even-sized wedges for even cooking.
  • You can adjust the seasoning to your liking by adding more or less of each spice.
  • For extra crispy wedges, you can spray them with cooking oil before cooking.
