These delicious berry tarts are made with Private Selection puff pastry and filled with a sweet berry filling. They are air fried to crispy perfection and make the perfect dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of Private Selection puff pastry, thawed

  • 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the berries, sugar, and cornstarch.
  • Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4 equal squares.
  • Place a spoonful of the berry mixture in the center of each square.
  • Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling, creating a square tart.
  • Brush the beaten egg over the top of each tart.
  • Place the tarts in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  • Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
