This air fryer recipe is a quick and easy way to enjoy the classic combination of prosciutto and asparagus. The asparagus is wrapped in crispy prosciutto and cooked to perfection in the air fryer, making it a delicious and healthy appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus

  • 6-8 slices of prosciutto

  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • Trim the woody ends off of the asparagus spears.
  • Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto, starting at the bottom and wrapping it tightly to the top.
  • Place the prosciutto-wrapped asparagus in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and the prosciutto is crispy.

Notes

  • If you don’t have an air fryer, you can also make this recipe in the oven at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.
  • Be sure to choose thin asparagus spears for this recipe, as thicker ones may take longer to cook.
