Directions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix together the diced red potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure to leave some space between them for even cooking.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Once the potatoes are crispy and golden brown, remove them from the air fryer and serve hot.
