Crispy and flavorful red potatoes cooked to perfection in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs red potatoes, washed and diced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • In a bowl, mix together the diced red potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure to leave some space between them for even cooking.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  • Once the potatoes are crispy and golden brown, remove them from the air fryer and serve hot.

Notes

  • Make sure to preheat the air fryer before adding the potatoes.
  • You can adjust the seasonings according to your preference.
