A delicious and healthy side dish made with air-fried carrots that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.


  • 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into even pieces

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Place the carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching each other.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the carrots are tender and lightly browned.
