Crispy and Quick, Guilt-free Air Fried Roasted Potatoes

Roasted potatoes have been a popular dish in many cultures for centuries. The first recorded recipe for roasted potatoes was in 1772 by English author Hannah Glasse, who suggested boiling the potatoes first before roasting them in the oven. However, with the invention of the air fryer, we can now enjoy crispy and flavorful roasted potatoes with minimal oil and much quicker cooking time.
