Crispy and flavorful roasted sweet potato wedges made in an air fryer for a healthier twist on a classic side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Wash and dry the sweet potatoes, leaving the skin on.
  • Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges, about 1 inch thick.
  • In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Place the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, then shake the basket to rotate the wedges.
  • Cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the wedges are crispy and golden brown.
