Crispy and Quick, Guilt-free Air Fried Sausage Calzones

Calzones are a traditional Italian dish, typically made with pizza dough folded over a filling of meat, cheese, and vegetables. They originated in Naples and were originally called ‘calzoni’, which means ‘trousers’ in Italian. This is because the folded dough resembles a pair of pants.
