  • 1 pound scallops

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Lemon wedges (optional)


  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • Rinse the scallops and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Season the scallops with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings.
  • Place the scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, then flip the scallops over and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
