This air fryer sesame salmon is a quick and easy way to enjoy a flavorful and healthy seafood dish. The salmon is coated in a delicious soy-honey-sesame sauce and cooked to perfection in the air fryer. It’s a great weeknight meal option for those busy days.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Directions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon of minced garlic.
  • Place a piece of salmon in the air fryer basket and brush the sauce mixture over the top.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds over the salmon.
  • Cook the salmon in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
  • While the salmon is cooking, prepare your desired side dishes.
  • Once the salmon is done, remove it from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can use fresh or frozen salmon for this recipe.
  • For a gluten-free option, use tamari instead of soy sauce.
  • If you don’t have sesame oil, you can use olive oil instead.
