Crispy and Quick, Guilt-free Air Fried Shrimp Fajitas

A delicious and easy way to make shrimp fajitas using an air fryer. The shrimp is perfectly cooked and the vegetables are crisp and flavorful.


  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 yellow onion, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 8 small flour tortillas


  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
  • Place the shrimp and vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 6 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 6 minutes.
  • While the shrimp is cooking, warm the tortillas in a pan or in the microwave.
  • Once the shrimp is cooked, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.
