Ingredients
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 small flour tortillas
Directions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
