Crispy and Quick, Guilt-free Air Fried Soft Pretzels

Soft pretzels have been a popular snack in Germany since the 12th century. They were originally made by monks as a reward for children who learned their prayers. The shape of the pretzel is meant to resemble a person crossing their arms in prayer. In the 19th century, pretzels became popular in America thanks to German immigrants. Today, they are a beloved snack all over the world.
