The concept of air frying was first introduced in the 1980s by a French company called SEB, but it didn’t gain popularity until recent years. Air frying uses hot air circulation to cook food, resulting in a crispy texture without the need for a lot of oil. This method has become a popular alternative to deep frying, as it is healthier and produces similar results.
