Stir-frying is a popular cooking technique in Chinese cuisine that involves quickly cooking ingredients in a hot pan or wok. It originated in China over 2,000 years ago and was initially used to cook food over a small fire. Over time, stir-frying has become a staple cooking method in Chinese cuisine, as it allows for quick and flavorful meals to be prepared using minimal ingredients. Cauliflower, while not traditionally used in Chinese cuisine, has become a popular ingredient in stir-fries due to its versatility and ability to absorb flavors.
