minutesThese delicious stuffed mushrooms are perfect for a quick and easy appetizer or snack. The air fryer gives them a crispy exterior while keeping the filling creamy and flavorful. They are also a great option for those following a low-carb or keto diet.
Ingredients
12 large white mushrooms
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped spinach, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
- Stuff the mushroom caps with the cream cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- If your air fryer does not have a preheat function, simply turn it on and let it run for a few minutes before adding the mushrooms.
- Feel free to add in any additional herbs or spices to the cream cheese mixture for added flavor.
- These stuffed mushrooms can also be made in the oven at 375°F for 15-20 minutes.
