Crispy and Quick, Guilt-free Air Fried Sweet And Sour Brussel Sprouts

Brussels sprouts have been around since ancient Rome, but it wasn’t until the 16th century that they were cultivated and eaten in Europe. They were brought to the United States by French settlers in the 18th century and have since become a popular vegetable in American cuisine. This recipe puts a modern twist on the classic brussels sprouts dish by using an air fryer to give them a crispy texture.
