A delicious and easy way to make homemade trail mix using your air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed nuts

  • 1 cup dried fruit

  • 1/2 cup pretzels

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of your favorite nuts (such as almonds, cashews, and peanuts), 1 cup of dried fruit (such as cranberries, raisins, and apricots), and 1/2 cup of pretzels.
  • Drizzle 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil over the trail mix and mix until everything is evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of honey, and mix again.
  • Spread the trail mix in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, then open the air fryer and give the trail mix a stir.
  • Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the nuts are lightly toasted.
  • Let the trail mix cool before serving or storing in an airtight container.

Notes

  • You can use any combination of nuts and dried fruit that you prefer.
