Crispy and Quick, Guilt-free Air Fried Veggie Fajitas

Fajitas are a popular Mexican dish, traditionally made with marinated grilled meat, peppers, and onions served on a warm tortilla. However, this version uses fresh vegetables and an air fryer to create a healthier and easier alternative. The air fryer cooks the vegetables to perfection, giving them a crispy texture and adding a delicious charred flavor.
